Indian Point Custom Home

As we interviewed several potential contractors to build our new home on Indian Point Ln. It became very evident and clear in just a short time, Mike Perine Construction was our guy. His immediate approach and first impression was that of honesty, integrity and the most important attribute, he showed senserity for us as the homeowner, stating more than once, we were the home owners and he worked for us. He immediately indicated his concern was for us to be happy with the project…..something that doesn't exactly happen too often these days. His willingness to build a home that we would be happy with, is a term used often, but not always followed through on. Mike Perine is a real professional and a man of his word. He is the master of scheduling and communication. If he told you a day & time something was happening, it did! Sometimes things happen that are out of his hands but, he always figured a way to get it done as promised.

Mike Perine has assembled some of the best sub-contractors in Douglas County. Their willingness to meet Mike's timeframe was demonstrated throughout the process. His crew members are outstanding, courteous, customer oriented and absolutely fun to be around. They understand Mike's philosophy of the owners being "the boss" goes a long way when things need to be done. They were always on time and didn't miss a day. Mike himself was on the jobsite without fail every day.

Living on-site during construction, they kept us informed daily of their work to be performed. Always insuring that we, the owners were happy at the end of the day.

Mike Perine made the building process not only fun but had suggestions and/or recommendations that enhanced the home. Mike and his crew would always ask us, "Do you like it"? We answered, "No we don't like it, WE LOVE IT"! They would say, "Well then, so do we".

We are extremely pleased with our new home and would highly recommend Mike Perine Construction for any project you may need.
