Mike did not hesitate to call us for clarification and updates during the construction process. Phone calls made to Mike were promptly returned. We felt excellent communication existed between us during the building process! This was especially important to us as we were working with Mike from 2200 miles away in Texas. Although we made frequent trips to Oregon, most of the communication was long distance. He sent texts, pictures, videos, etc. to make sure we made informative decisions.
